			<description><![CDATA[1. Any post that appears to be offensive, abusive or threatening to any individual band, group of bands, or individual involved in the support or promotion of Loyalist Marching Bands will be removed. <br />
<br />
2. If a post is deemed by the Admin to create division or provoke conflict with any individual band, group of bands, or individual involved in the support or promotion of Loyalist Marching Bands, the member will be removed from the forum. <br />
<br />
3. If the Admin deems a posting irrelevant to the Topic, the post will be removed to a suitable location or deleted. <br />
<br />
4. If a member remains dormant for a 6 week period, a warning communication will be issued from the Admin. If the member remains dormant for a further 10 days the membership will be terminated. (New Members: If a new member fails to post within 21 days of being approved by Admin their membership may be terminated). <br />
<br />
5. Only one screen-name is allowed for each person taking part in discussion. Admin is automatically notified when a single IP address is used by more than one registered member. <br />
<br />
6. Members personal information should not be posted either by the user themselves or by other users (excluding the application for membership procedure). Anyone posting personal information about other members will be banned and reported to their Internet provider. <br />
<br />
7. Private messaging should be used instead of the forum for personal correspondence. Users should always keep in mind that the PM system is no more secure than their email account. Generous PM storage space has been allocated to each user but they are requested to delete any old messages to ensure the board runs at optimum speed. The Admin have no access to the users PM account and cannot read their messages. <br />

8. Anybody giving personal abuse to another member of the forum shall receive a formal warning. If there are three incidents of personal abuse, the user shall be banned. <br />
<br />
9. Any user deemed by the Admin to be disruptive may be banned without warning. <br />
<br />
10. Any user who removes topics/video clips from this forum without the permission from the host member, will have their account removed. We understand that the same topic may be started on other forums but we expect members to take part in topics on this forum also. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE REMOVED. <br />
<br />
The Site Admin reserve the right to ammend these rules at any time.<br />
